If $BRATE's TWAP is between 1.00 and 1.01, neither $BBOND nor $BRATE will be issued. e.g. if $BRATE's TWAP < 1, exchanged $BRATE for $BBOND will be in a 1:1 ratio. $BBOND are available for redemption when $BRATE goes above the 1:1 $ETH peg.&#x20;
